左半结肠癌梗阻灌洗Ⅰ期手术切除吻合的临床应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨结肠灌洗、Ⅰ期切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌性梗阻的疗效和可行性。方法:对27例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:27例左半结肠癌性梗阻患者Ⅰ期手术切除吻合均恢复顺利,无吻合口瘘发生,1例腹部切口感染。结论:结肠灌洗Ⅰ期手术切除吻合治疗左半结肠癌性梗阻是一种安全可行的手术方式,尤其适宜在基层医院开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purposes:To discuss the curative effect and feasibility of application to colon,and Phase I excision anastomosis left colon cancer obstruction.Through reviewing and analyzing the clinical data of 27 patients.Result:Smooth recovery of all the 27 cases with left colon cancer obstruction and Phase I excision anastomosis,without any occurrence of fistula,but with only one abdomen incision infection.Conclusion:Colon lavation and Phase I excision anastomosis to the left colon cancer obstruction is a safe and feasible mode of operative treament,especially suitable for the hospitals at grassroots levels.更多还原
