运动饮料对运动人体代谢和运动能力的作用
Action of the Sports Beverage on the Metabolism and Exercise Ability of the Sport Human Body
【摘要】 为了观察运动饮料对人体的运动能力、疲劳消除、机能状态调整等方面的作用,以北京体育大学6名男性普通大学生为对象,对该运动饮料进行了应用效果观察。6名男性普通大学生参加实验组、阳性对照组及阴性对照组3次实验。实验组饮用运动饮料,阳性对照组服用5%的糖水,阴性对照组服用外观及口感与实验组及补糖组相近的安慰剂。实验前、后观察血糖、乳酸、恢复心率、尿比重、出汗量、主观感觉疲劳程度(RPE等级)和血液生化指标。结果显示:服用运动饮料对运动人体有以下作用:1.保持长时间大强度运动中较高的血糖水平,运动后血清钾、镁离子的稳定;2.降低定量运动中血乳酸,加速运动后血乳酸的恢复;3.运动后次日的血尿素(BU)明显降低,血清SOD明显提高,疲劳感觉明显减轻。
【Abstract】 A study was performed in 6 male ordinary university students in order to observe the possible effects of the sports beverage on raising sport ability,dispelling fatigue and function regulation of sports human body. Methods:6 male ordinary university student experimenters were assigned as 3 groups at random each time and 2 people in every group in 3 circulation times. They were experiment group,sugar supplementation group and control group. They drank the sports beverage containing oligosaccharide,alkaline electrolytes,vitamins and soybean polypeptide in experiment group;In sugar supplementation group,experimenters take 5% syrup;Experimenters in control group supplemented a placebo identical in appearance and flavor. Selected parameters were measured before and after the experiment(heart rates of 3 minute after exercise,urine specific gravity,urine amount,sweating amount,RPE and biochemical index of blood test). Results:Data demonstrated that the sports beverage had the following benefit action for sports human body:1. The sports beverage can keep a higher blood glucose competence and steady level of the potassium and magnesium;2. Supplementing the sports beverage can reduce the serum lactic acid and accelerate the recovery of the serum lactic acid;3. Supplementing the sports beverage can obviously drop RPE and the blood urea(BU)of next day,obviously strengthen the serum SOD enzyme vigor in experiment group.
