【摘要】 本文针对我国居民营养健康面临营养不足和营养过度而致营养失衡问题,在分析我国奶业和大豆产业的发展困境等诸多因素基础上,提出通过借鉴国际先进经验,科学继承并发扬以优质植物蛋白食品为主要膳食蛋白质资源的中国传统饮食文化,发展中国大豆产业,提升乳业优化空间,实施“双蛋白(大豆蛋白+牛奶蛋白)工程”振兴计划,即在全民中推广优质双蛋白营养健康型食品,倡导平衡膳食和营养质量新理念,以解决影响国民健康的双重营养问题,从而走出一条具有中国特色的强壮民族的营养健康新路。

【Abstract】 Based on discussing the center issue about the nutritional imbalance as both under-nutrition and over-nutrition among our residents and analyzing the development dilemma with which our dairy industry and soybean industry are confronting at present, the article introduced that in order to develop the Chinese soybean industry and enlarge the space of optimizing the Chinese dairy industry;we should scientifically inherit and develop the Chinese traditional diet culture on typical plant-based diet with high quality soy protein while taken up international advanced experiences. It strongly proposed that the strategy entitled’Dual-protein(Soybean Protein and Milk Protein)Project’should be enforced, that is, to generalize the health food products with high quality dual-protein; promote the new conception of balanced diet and nutrition quality, solve the two-sides health problems of under-nutrition and over-nutrition, so as to make a new way of nutrition and health with Chinese characteristics for enhancing national health and well-being.
