【摘要】 电子病历是目前医院信息化建设的一个热点项目。其中有两个重要的原因:其一是医院各项信息化都已经达到一定的高度,HIS、LIS、PACS等系统基本都已经实施完成;其二医院的HIS、LIS、PACS信息还散落在各个不同的系统中,临床对于以病人为中心,统一病人相关所有临床数据的要求日益迫切。本文将以我院建设的成功案例为蓝本,着重介绍电子病历的集成和结构化问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now electronic medical record(EMR) has been a hot field in hospital information system application. There exist two important reasons: first, hospital information system has reached so far that most projects like HIS,LIS and PACS etc have been implemented; second, these projects are separated one from another with independent state, so the need for taking the patient as core and uniting full clinic data from these projects is every active.
