胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维的纺丝及后处理工艺研究
Study on Spinning and Post-treatment of Collagen Modified Acrylic Fibre
【摘要】 以从皮革废弃物中提取的胶原蛋白为原料,经丙烯腈接枝改性后与聚丙烯腈共混纺丝,制成了胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维。通过对不同后处理工艺下的纤维的力学性能进行测试,从而确定了最佳的后处理工艺,并研究了不同胶原蛋白含量对纤维力学性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Collagen modified acrylic fibre was prepared with collagen extracted from leather wastes as raw material which was grafted with acrylonitri le and mixed and spinned together with poly acrylonitrile. The mechanical proper ties of collagen modified acrylic fibre under different post-treatments were det ermined and the optimal parameters of post-treatment were obtained. The influenc e of collagen content on the mechanical properties of above fibre was also studi ed.
