纳米SiO2的制备方法及其在皮革中的应用

【摘要】 综述了纳米SiO2的超重力、化学沉淀、溶胶-凝胶、共沸蒸馏、微乳液、激光诱导化学气相沉积等制备方法,并对纳米SiO2的制备方法进行适当的评述。重点介绍了纳米SiO2在纳米复合涂饰剂、纳米鞣革、改性皮革着色剂以及提高皮革卫生性能等方面的应用。研究开发投资少、生产控制简单的纳米SiO2制备新方法,将会有效地提高纳米SiO2的性价比和扩大纳米SiO2的应用范围。

【Abstract】 Preparation methods of nanometer silica such as hypergravity, chemical precipitation, sol-gel, heterogeneous azeotropic distillation, miscroemulsion and laser induced chemical vapor deposition were reviewed and properly commented. Application of nanometer SiO2 in nanometer composite leather finishing agent, nanometer tanning agents, modification of coloring agent for leather and improvement of hygienic property of leather were introduced in detail. Research and development of preparation methods of nanometer silica which have little investment and simple production control will enhance performance index and enlarge application range of nanometer silica effectively.
