MAPA系列染色增艳剂的合成及其助染性研究
Study on the Synthesis and Application Properties of MAPA Series Dyeing Brightening Agent
【摘要】 以N-长链烷基-β-氨基丙酸乙酯和马来酸双酯为原料,通过调节两者配比,合成了一系列结构由N-长链烷基和β-氨基丙酸钠及α-氨基乙酸钠组成的两性表面活性剂产品(简称MAPA)。对N-长链烷基-β-氨基丙酸乙酯合成的反应温度和反应时间进行了选择,确定为85℃下反应2.5h。对合成的MAPA系列产品的物理性能如乳化性、润湿性、等电点和表面张力等进行了测定。用MAPA系列产品作为皮革染料NG-3的染色增艳剂,对其助染性能进行了研究。加入MAPA-1后,染料NG-3紫外光谱的K-谱带从192nm红移到205nm,最大吸收强度从0·950提高到2·222;当MAPA-1的浓度为4g/L,原料质量配比(十二胺∶丙烯酸乙酯∶马来酸双酯)为1∶1·2∶0·6时,其助染性能最好;皮革染色试验,加入坯革质量1%的MAPA-1染色增艳剂,成革的透染率从75·36%提高到94·57%,上染率从85·2%提高至97·4%,染色革的耐干、湿擦牢度分别由4~5级和4级提高到5级。
【Abstract】 A series of new type of amphoteric surfactants (MAPA)with t he main structure of N-alkyl , β-alanine and α-aminoacetic acid were synthesiz ed by N-alkyl-β-aminopropionic ethyl ester and maleic diester through modulat e their mol ration .It discussed the synthesis conditions of N-alkyl-β-aminopro pionic ethyl ester and identified as 85℃ and 2·5h.The physical properties of M APA series products were detected such as emulsibility ,wettability, isoelectric point and surface tension.The dyeing assistant properties of MAPA were studied by using it on leather dye NG-3 .The K-band of the dye’s ultraviolet spectrum red move from 192nm to 205nm and the absorption intensity increased from 0·950 to 2·222 when being added in MAPA-1·The dyeing assistant properties is the bes t when the MAPA’s concentration is 4g/L and the raw material mole ration is 1 ∶1·2∶0·6(twelve amine∶ethyl acrylate∶maleic diester) .When being used in leather dyeing ,the deepdye ratio increased from 75·36% to 94·57%,the dyeuptake improved from 85·2% to 97·4% and the dry and wet rubbing resistant changed respectively from level 4~5 and 4 to level 5.
