【Abstract】 It is a key task to successfully transform surplus agriculture labor forces for dealing the issue of "three Agriculture" and realizing healthy economic development.This paper analyzes the traits of Yunnan Province in transforming surplus agriculture labor forces from three aspects: lagging behind and different phases in transforming surplus agriculture labor forces and unevenness in transforming from inside;and provides basis for developing policies of transforming surplus agriculture labor forces at 4 different regions in Yunnan Province.更多还原
