【摘要】 目的探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜的应用体会。方法对64例患者施行泌尿外科腹腔镜手术,肾囊肿去顶术43例,肾切除术8例,肾部分切除术4例,输尿管切开取石术2例,精索静脉高位结扎4例,肾上腺肿瘤切除术3例。其中48例经后腹腔,16例经腹入路;结果64例手术均获成功,肾囊肿去顶术手术时间30～100min,平均50min,出血约20mL。肾切除术手术时间120～240min,平均191min,平均出血200mL。肾部分切除术手术时间65～120min,平均出血250mL。输尿管上段切开取石术手术时间120min和125min,出血60mL。精索静脉高位结扎术手术时间30～45min,平均出血10mL。肾上腺肿瘤切除术手术时间50～150min,平均出血50mL。所有手术无1例输血。术中术后未出现严重并发症。结论腹腔镜手术是一种安全、微创手术,在泌尿外科具有很好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the application of laparoscopy in urology.[Methods] A total of 64 cases urologic patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.43 cases renal cyst excision,8 cases nephrectomy,4 cases ureterolithotomy,4 case varicocele ligation,3 cases adrenalectomy.48 cases underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery,16 cases underwent laparoscopic surgery.[Result] All the operations were successful in 64 cases of patients.The operation time in renal cyst excision was 30～100 minutes,and mean time was 50 minutes and the intraoperative blood loss was about 20 ml.The operation tine in nephrectomy was 120～240 minutes,mean time 191 minutes,and the mean blood loss was 200 mL.The ureterolithotomy was 125 minutes,and blood loss 60mL.The varicocele ligation was 30～45 minutes,and blood loss 10 mL.The adrenalectomy was 50～150 minutes,and blood loss 50 mL.All patients did not receive blood transfusion.All patients did not have complication in operations and postoperations.[Conclusions] Laparoscopic surgery is safe and minimal invasive.which has a good applied future in urologic clinical practice.更多还原
