【摘要】 目的探讨内镜在神经外科手术中的应用。方法回顾1999年1月～2005年12月内镜辅助下完成神经外科手术177例的临床资料。结果53例颅内占位性病变全切43例,次全切除10例;20例原发性三叉神经术后疼痛消失18例,缓解2例;高血压脑出血血肿清除手术104例,血肿清除率90%。结论应用内镜进行神经外科手术扩展了病变周围结构的显露,减少了术中误判,从而增加了手术安全性和病灶的全切率,提高了患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the application of endoscope in neurosurgery operations. [Methods] Clinical data of 177 neurosurgery operations assisted by endoscope from Jan. 1999 to Dec. 2005 was reviewed. [Result] In 53 cases encephalic space-occupying lesion, 43 cases were cut wholly, and 10 cases were hypo-cut. In 20 cases of primary trigeminal pain after operation, 18 cases disappeared, and 2 were relieved. In 104 cases of high blood pressure cerebral hemorrhage haematoma eliminating operation, the haematoma eliminating rate was 90%. [Conclusion] Application of endoscope in neurosurgery operation enlarged the unfolding of pathological changes structures, decreased muss judgment in operation and increased the security and the wholly cutting rate of focuses , improved the life quality of patients.更多还原
