【摘要】 目的应用输尿管镜微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)治疗肾输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法2002年5月～2006年3月对接受MPCNL治疗的250例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中肾结石72例,单发输尿管上段结石118例,双侧输尿管上段结石18例,一侧肾结石一侧输尿管上段结石22例,同侧输尿管上段结石合并肾结石20例。结果所有患者均一期穿刺取石。第1次结石全部取净272例,第2次清除16例,其中12例经第2次清除后仍有多个小结石残留。术中出血量平均80mL,平均住院时间9d。结论MPCNL治疗肾输尿管上段结石,取石成功率高,创伤小,出血量少,恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) in renal upper ureteric calculi. Methods A restrospective investigation was performed on 250 cases suffering form renal upper ureteric calculi,who were treated with MPCNL form may 2002 to March 2006,of 250 cases,renal calculi was in 72,upper ureter calculi was in 118,bilateral ureter calculi in 18,upper ureter calculi accompanied the other side renal calculi in 22,upper ureter calculi accompanied the same side renal calculi in 20. Results Of 250 cases was achieved using one-stage MPCNL. Stone clearance was 272 cases at one session,stone clearance was 16 cases at two sessions,of 12 cases was little stones surplus after two sessions. The average volume of haemorrhage was about 80 mL,and average hospital stay was 9 days.
