【摘要】 目的探讨脑脊液鼻漏的治疗方法。方法采用EC医用耳脑胶在鼻内镜下手术修补脑脊液鼻漏12例。结果12例脑脊液鼻漏患者均一次手术修补成功,术后随访6～18个月,无1例脑脊液鼻漏复发及颅内感染等并发症发生。结论在鼻内镜下采用EC医用耳脑胶手术修补脑脊液鼻漏有面部无瘢痕,微创,鼻功能影响小、并发症少等优点,并提高一次性手术修补成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] A research to treatment of cerebrospinal rhinorrhea.[Methods] Twelve cases of cerebrospinal rhinorrhea were repaired successfully under nasal endoscope with EC ear-head adhesive.[Results] Twelve cases of cerebrospinal rhinorrhea were repaired successfully at first time and there are not cases of recurrence and intracranial infection during following-up at six months to eighteen months after operation.[Conclusion] By treatment of cerebrospinal rhinorrhea under nasal endoscope with EC ear-head adhesive,there are advantages as follows:no scar in face,tiny tissue damage,a little of the nose function influences and few complication et.and to improving the successful rate of operating at first.更多还原
