【摘要】 业务流程再造对组织现行的业务流程、组织结构进行重新思考和再设计,彻底打破原来的职能分工,重新设计组织的经营过程。我国中小企业在实施业务流程再造过程中存在着流程再造时机、条件以及环节选择等方面的问题。为了增强我国中小企业的竞争力,加速中小企业的发展,中小企业的业务流程再造过程应首先选好流程再造的领导人和骨干力量并勾画清晰的远景;明确流程再造的阶段并分配好时间;掌握好业务流程优化的技术方法;关注面向客户和供应商整合的企业业务流程;做好业务流程再造的持续改进工作。更多还原
