【摘要】 在我国能源消费持续快速增长的情况下,高耗能产业的发展尤为引人关注,高耗能产品的出口带来了一系列能源及环境方面的问题。本文根据近几年来我国高耗能产品的出口情况,定量估算了由此带来的能源消耗量及主要环境污染物排放量。结合国家的相关政策,具体分析了高耗能产品出口对我国能源和环境方面的利弊,并提出了相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 While China’s energy consumption is rising at a stable high speed, the development of energy-intensive industries has attracted more attentions as export of energy-intensive products may cause a series ofenergy and environmental problems. Based on recent years export statistics, this paper estimates the relevantenergy consumption and environmental pollutants emissions due to export of energy-intensive products.
