金刚石钻头激光焊接系统的自动控制研究
Study on Automatic Control System of Laser Welding Diamond Core Drill Bit
【摘要】 采用Festo气动机械手、传感器元件及松下伺服电机,开发了一种新型金刚石钻头激光焊接自动控制系统。探讨了系统的软硬件设计方案及控制算法,解决了精确定位、位置检测、自动控制与程序稳定性等关键技术。所研制的系统适用于直径为20~300mm各种钻头的焊接,无需专用夹具,为薄壁金刚石钻头的系列化生产提供了新装备。
【Abstract】 Festo pneumatic manipulator,displacement sensors and Panasonic servo motor were used to develop the automatic welding machine.Software and hardware design and control algorithm of the automatic control system were discussed.The critical technical problems such as positioning accuracy,sensor detection,process control and program stability were solved.The machine can be applied to the laser welding of 20~300mm diamond core drill bit dispensing with special fixture,which would offer new equipment for the production of series diamond core drill bit.
