基于Web的焊接过程远程监控系统构建

【摘要】 分析了焊接过程远程监控系统的功能和结构,给出了一种基于Web的焊接过程远程监控系统的设计方案,并归纳了设计焊接过程远程监控系统的若干准则。开发的焊接过程远程监控系统在点焊焊接中的应用表明,基于Web的焊接过程远程监控系统具有运行稳定、控制动作迅速、数据传送实时性好等特点,可应用于CIMS环境下的焊接单元集成。

【Abstract】 The functional and system structure of a remote monitoring and control system for welding were discussed,precept of designing a Web-based remote monitoring and control systems for welding process was presented,and several rules for designing monitoring and control systems were also concluded.The application of the developed remote monitoring and control system for welding in spot-welding process shows that the Web-based remote monitoring and control system for welding has the merits of working stably and swiftly and can transmit data in real time,so these system can be applied in system integration of welding unit under CIMS circumstance.
