基于模糊群决策的质量屋方案选择模型

【摘要】 针对信息不完备条件下的方案评估问题,结合质量功能配置的群体决策特点,提出了利用质量屋的方案选择模型。对传统的质量屋结构进行了改造,以方案排序决策矩阵代替技术竞争性矩阵,从而使质量屋能够适应多属性决策需要。基于质量屋的内在模糊性和个人偏好差异,对不同决策成员的评估结果进行综合,并利用质量屋输出的技术特征权重模糊值,推导加权决策矩阵。采用模糊折衷方法确定设计方案的优先次序。实例研究表明,质量屋方案选择模型为质量屋应用于设计方案择优提供了实用化方法。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of schemes evaluation under condition of incomplete information available as well as the characteristics of group decision-making in Quality function deployment(QFD),a design scheme selection model using House of Quality(HOQ) was presented.Through substituting the technical competitive analysis matrix with the schemes ranking decision-making matrix,the structure of conventional HOQ was modified to have HOQ fit in with the needs of multi-attribute decision-making.The evaluating results of different decision members were integrated based on the inherent fuzziness of HOQ and each individual member’s different preferences.The fuzzy value of technical characteristic weights outputted from HOQ was used to educe the weighted decision-making matrix.Fuzzy compromise method was adopted to prioritize the design schemes.An example was given to show that the model provides a practical method for applying HOQ to design scheme selection.
