低转速输送管半固态浆料制备装置控制系统的研究
Research on the Control System of Low-rotating-duct Semisolid Slurry Making Equipment
【摘要】 介绍了低转速输送管半固态浆料制备装置的原理和组成,设计了该装置的智能控制系统并详细介绍了该控制系统的总体设计及软硬件方案。实验证明,该系统对金属半固态浆料微观组织具有良好的控制作用,实验结果具有稳定的重复性。
【Abstract】 The composition for controlling the pouring process with a low rotating duct was presented.The control system for the new semisolid rheoforming equipment was designed and its hardware and the software were introduced.The experitmental results show the rheoforming control system has high efficiency of semisolid microstructure control.The efficiency and stability of the control system are very important to the technology of semisolid rheoforming.
