【摘要】 目的通过对报告的乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)病例进行流行病学调查和实验室复核,掌握乙肝报告发病水平及其危险因素。方法对8个省18个县(区,下同)符合病例定义的报告乙肝相关病例进行流行病学调查、采血和实验室检测,经核实诊断确定乙肝报告发病水平。结果2006年1～12月18个县共报告2 858例乙肝,其中男性1 968例,女性890例,性别比为2.21∶1。报告病例平均年龄36岁。急性乙肝病例与口腔诊疗史、家庭接触史、理发店修面或刮胡须、美容院创伤性治疗和手术史等有关。按照乙肝确诊病例,18个县2006年乙肝发病率为23.37/10万,其中急性乙肝6.15/10万,慢性乙肝15.69/10万。结论我国乙肝报告病例中以慢性病例居多,乙肝发病率远低于法定传染病报告系统的乙肝报告发病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the incident and risk factors of reported hepatitis B cases in pilot surveillance cites through investigation and laboratory test.Method To make confirmation for the incident of hepatitis B by investigating,collecting blood specimen,and laboratory testing in 18 pilot surveillance counties.Result Among 2858 cases of hepatitis B reported in 2006,1968 cases were male and 890 cases were female,the gender ratio was 2.21∶1.The average age was 36.Oral treatment,family contacting,shaving face and beard in haircut store,treatment with hurt in beauty parlor,etc.,were the major risk factors of the reported acute hepatitis B.According to the confirmed cases by laboratory,the incident rate of acute and chronical hepatitis B were 6.15 and 15.69 per 100 thousands respectively.Conclusion In current surveillance system,reported hepatitis B were mainly chronic cases,the incident rate of hepatitis B was lower than the reported incident rate on legal infection diseases reporting system.更多还原
