【摘要】 目的客观、系统地评价A+C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗(MPV)使用后的安全性。方法9 992名2～60岁成人和儿童接种疫苗后,通过抽样主动监测和观察对象主动报告,对速发接种反应、全身反应和局部反应进行观察和统计,并对所有接种者跟踪观察1个月以评价长期的不良反应。结果无速发接种反应发生。在主动监测的人群中,14人有中、强发热反应,发生率1.18%;6人有局部强反应,中、强反应发生率0.51%。在主动报告的人群中,8人有中、强发热反应,发生率0.09%。未观察到与疫苗接种相关的任何长期不良反应。结论此次对A+C群MPV使用安全性现场观察,总体接种反应轻微,且发热、红晕等反应均在72h内自行消失,A+C群MPV使用后有良好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluated safety of Meningocacol A+C polysacchride vaccine after immunization.Methods 9 992 volunteers aged 2～60 years old were vaccinated with Meningocacol A+C polysacchride vaccine,immediate side effects for all volunteers and 1184 volunteers were observed by doctors,the others were reported to CDC by themselves,if any side effect appears,long-term side effect was also investigated,all data were collected and analyzed.Results One immediate side effect was found in all volunteers.In active observation group,14 volunteers(1.18%) appear ≥37.6℃ fever,6 volunteers(0.51%) were observed middle grade areola.In volunteers reporting group,8 volunteers’(0.09%) temperature were ≥37.6℃.Long-term side effect did not found in all volunteers.Conclusion Only few person appear fever and areola that could be recovered in 72 hours,long-term side effect was not found.All data in this experiment showed that the vaccine is safe after vaccination.更多还原
