【摘要】 目的通过开展"全国亿万农民健康促进行动"知识竞赛的情况调查及效果评价,探讨知识竞赛传播方式在开展健康教育中的意义,为开展健康教育提供数据。方法利用开展知识竞赛的形式,宣传防病知识,活动后,对参与知识竞赛的现场人员进行问卷调查,对相关数据进行统计分析。结果活动前后参与者对健康知识的认知程度由一点儿不了解的14.33%下降为0;不太了解由40.62%下降至2.14%;比较了解由33.57%上升为38.67%;非常了解由11.48%上升为59.19%。结论知识竞赛对健康知识的认知程度和行为改变保持情况有较为密切的关系,是一种传播健康知识的好形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge competition of National Health Promotion Project for Hundreds of Million Chinese Farmers,to discuss the importance of knowledge competition as one method of health education,and to provide basis for further health education.Methods A knowledge competition,with contents of disease prevention and treatment,was held.After that,questionnaire survey was conducted among the competition participants.Results Comparing the scores of health knowledge of the participants before and after competition,the percent of "not know at all" decreased from 14.33% to 0,"know a little" from 40.62% to 2.14%;the percent of "know much" increased from 33.57% to 38.67%,and "know quite a lot" from 11.48% to 59.19%.Conclusion Knowledge competition is an effective way to improve the health knowledge and behavior,and it is a good method of health knowledge communicating.更多还原
