【摘要】 目的了解厦门市开展“全国亿万农民健康促进行动”工作后,农村居民健康知识水平与健康行为持有率的改变情况。方法以厦门市海沧区、集美区、同安区、翔安区的20多万户常住人口家庭作为调查对象,使用统一问卷,采用系统抽样的方法,于2003年10月和2005年10月分别进行两次调查。结果通过资料入户、发放宣传教育礼品、布置健康教育宣传栏、播放专题节目、发送手机短信以及“小手拉大手”等健康促进活动,农村居民健康知识知晓率和行为形成率显著提高,健康知识完全知晓率从2003年的46.1%上升到2005年的59.2%,不良行为平均持有率下降,健康行为形成率提高。结论开展“全国亿万农民健康促进行动”工作对促进农民健康知识的提高和健康行为习惯的养成是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the healthy knowledge level and healthy behavior having-rate anong rural residents after developing the"National Health Promotion Project of Hundreds of Million Chinese Farmers",in Xiamen City.Methods More than 200,000 permanent resident families in Haicang District,Jimei District,Tong’an District and Xiang’an District were selected by systematic sampling.An uniform questionnaire was used in 2 times,which were carried on respectively in Oct,2003 and Oct,2005.Results After the work,the rural residents’ healthy knowledge level and healthy behavior having-rate rose significantly.The average rate of health knowledge rose up from 46.1% in 2003 to 59.2% in 2005.The average having-rate of unhealthy behavior declined while the rate of health behaviors rose.Conclusion The development of the"action"work is effective to improve farmers’ health knowledge and develop their healthy behavior habits.更多还原
