【摘要】 目的观察半导体激光联合调制中频,超声波联合电针治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征的疗效。方法颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征患者180例,随机分为3组,即治疗A组(激光、中频组)和治疗B组(超声波、电针组)和对照组(局部封闭),每组各60例患者,比较三组患者的疗效。结果治疗A、B组患者在关节疼痛、开口度或关节弹响等方面明显优于对照组,且治疗组患者在治疗10d左右时基本痊愈,而对照组患者于治疗18d时基本治愈。治疗A、B组疗效优于对照组(P(0.01)。结论半导体激光联合调制中频、超声波联合电针治疗颞下颌关节紊乱症疗效显著,疗程短。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of comprehensive therapy with semiconductor laser combined with mid-frequency modulation, and ultrasonic wave combined with electro-acupuncture on disturbance syndrome of temporo-mandibular joint.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with disturbance syndrome of temporo-mandibular joint were randomly divided into treatment group A (laser,mid-frequency), treatment group B(ultrasonic wave,electro-acupuncture),and control group,60 cases in each group.The clinical effects were observed.Results The effects on joint pain,mouth gap degree, and joint snapping relief in patients of treatment groups A and B were superior to that of control group.The treatment time in treatment groups was 10 days,while in control group 18 days.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusions The results showed that the clinical effects on disturbance syndrome of temporo-mandibular joint with comprehensive therapy are better with shorter treatment time than traditional therapy.更多还原
