【摘要】 目的观察半导体激光治疗鼻息肉的疗效,探求治疗鼻息肉的有效方法。方法鼻息肉患者148例,随机分为A、B两组。A组行常规鼻内镜手术,B组行鼻内镜加半导体激光手术。术后鼻腔滴药、清理并进行定期随访。结果术后随访1年,A组总有效率为84．7％,B组为96．1％,两者差异有显著意义。结论半导体激光手术治疗鼻息肉术后疗效显著,明显优于常规鼻内镜手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of semiconductor laser surgery on nasal polyps and to investigate the effective treatment of nasal polyps. Methods Totally 148 patients with nasal polyps were divided into two groups. General endoscopic sinus surgery was used in group A, while semiconductor laser and endoscopic sinus surgery were used in group B. After operation we used nose drops and cleaned their noses, followed up them periodically. Results All patients were followed up for 1 year, the total effective rate of group A was 84. 7% and of group B was 96. 1 %. The difference was significant. Conclusion The curative effect of semiconductor laser surgery on nasal polyps is obviously better than general endoscopic sinus surgery.更多还原
