【摘要】 本文通过对1997—2006年国家自然科学基金委员会生命科学部畜牧、兽医、水产和动物学科项目受理、评审和资助情况进行分析,发现该学科近年来受理项目数大幅度增加,但也存在不少项目缺乏源头创新思想、申请人缺乏诚信有上升趋势、部分函评专家欠严谨、基础研究评估体系不健全等问题。本文并针对这些问题提出了初步建议,以期更有效地对项目进行管理,提高基金项目申请质量,促进学科健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the recent years’ applications (from 1997 to 2006) for funding and supporting by Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Aquatic Science and Zoology Division of Life Science Department of NSFC were summarized. The problems that existed in the funding management were analyzed and the suggestions were given. From all these, the funding management was expected to be ameliorated and the development of the Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Aquatic Science and Zoology was hoped to be prompted deeply.更多还原
