【摘要】 目的了解云南省农村孕产妇及相关人群对艾滋病传播与预防知识知晓水平和对感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)孕产妇的态度。方法问卷调查云南省某县4乡怀孕28周至产后3个月的孕产妇223人,及社区相关人群310人。结果孕产妇、丈夫、婆婆、育龄妇女、乡村医生、乡村干部对艾滋病知识知晓率分别为61.1%,64.3%,38.2%,67.1%,92.3%和84.3%,对包括3条母婴传播阻断知识的8个核心指标知晓率分别为5.4%,4.9%,0,3.3%,58.4%和15.0%。70%的孕产妇和50%的丈夫表示害怕与艾滋病感染者接触。70%的丈夫、13.4%的婆婆、23.7%的育龄妇女、甚至10%的乡村干部表示会远离或抛弃感染HIV的孕产妇。结论云南省农村孕产妇及相关人群对艾滋病传播途径知晓率较高,对母婴传播阻断知识了解甚少,对HIV感染者存在严重恐惧和歧视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the knowledge of pregnant and lying-in women,and related people on human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)/acquired immure deficiency syndrome(AIDS) and attitude to HIV positive pregnant women in Yunnan rural areas.Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted in 223 rural women after 28-week gestation and new mothers with infants aged 3 months or less,and 310 related community people in 4 towns of one county,Yunnan.Results The average awareness rates about HIV/AIDS among pregnant women and new mothers,their husbands,mothers-in-law,childbearing age women,village doctors,and village leaders were 61.1%,64.3%,38.2%,67.1%,92.3% and 84.3% respectively,and the awareness rates of 8 core indicators were 5.4%,4.9%,0%,3.3%,58.4% and 15.0% respectively,Seventy percent of the pregnant women and new mothers and 50% of the husbands declared that they were feared to contact with people living with HIV.Seventy percent of the husbands,13.4% of the mothers-in-law,23.7% of the childbearing age women,and even 10% of village leaders indicated that they would drive away or keep away from HIV positive pregnant women.Conclusion The knowledge levels of HIV transmission routes among Yunnan rural people are high.However,rural people are less aware of the knowledge about prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV,and they are scared to HIV/AIDS,discriminated,against HIV positive pregnant women as well.更多还原
