【摘要】 目的探讨单纯性肥胖儿童瘦素(leptin)、抵抗素(resistin)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法分别选取肥胖组、正常组、瘦体重组儿童各30名,测定空腹瘦素、抵抗素空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血糖(FPG)水平,以HOMA-胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)判定机体IR状态。结果3组瘦素、抵抗素、FINS,FPG、HOMA-IR水平差异有统计学意义且呈显著正相关(P<0.01);抵抗素水平差异无统计学意义且与其他指标无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论肥胖儿童可能存在IR;Leptin与IR关系密切;Resistin可能不是IR作用的主要机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate whether leptin,resistin associated with obese-related insulin resistance(IR).Methods To screen out 90 samples,30 in obesity group,30 in normal body weight group,and 30 in thinness body weight group,measure the level of leptin,resistin,serum fasting insulin(FINS),fasting plasma glucose(FPG).IR was assessed by HOMA-Insulin Resistance Index(HOMA-IR).Results The levels of leptin,resistin,FINS,FPG and HOMA-IR between three group had significant difference and had positive correalation,(P<0.01).No significant difference was found in resistin between three groups and have no correlation with other data(P>0.05).Conclusion IR maybe exist in obese children;Leptin have close association with IR;Resistin perhaps make no contribution to IR.更多还原
