【摘要】 目的研究小鼠卵巢移植后,移植卵巢的功能。方法取出生10 d的仔鼠卵巢,移植到同品系或者遗传背景相同的品系的1月龄其它母鼠体内,观察移植受体是否有正常的繁殖功能,并且用PCR法,对移植受体鼠产生的后代进行检测。结果移植卵巢在受体内不但可以恢复正常功能,产生正常的仔鼠,而且仔鼠经过检测,来源于移植卵巢所产生的卵子。结论卵巢移植完全可行,移植卵巢功能完全可以恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the function of ovary after ovary allotransplantation.Method The ovary allotransplantation of 10 days mice were performed to 1 month mice,which is the same strain or has the same genetic gene,the reproduction of the ovary receptors were observed,and PCR were used to test the little new-born.Result The result indicated that the transplanted ovary could recover,maintenance,and reproduce normal newborn,the newborns were come from the oocytes from the transplanted ovary.Conclution The ovary allotranplantation was successful.更多还原
