电力系统安全成本的随机模型
Stochastic model of security cost in power systems
【摘要】 提出了基于机会约束规划的安全成本随机模型。分析了发电机组可调度性、负荷可中断性,将机组再调度、负荷再调整、电气元件故障等描述为一个随机过程,并以此为基础建立了安全成本的随机模型,其目标函数是在不同置信水平下对机组再调度和负荷再调整所形成的成本期望值,与电网、机组、备用等相关的约束条件均以概率表示。提出了基于机会约束规划和遗传算法的安全成本的求解方法。以IEEE-30系统为例进行了仿真计算,并获得较满意的效果,证实所提出的安全成本模型有一定的适用性。
【Abstract】 A chance-constrained programming based method for computing security cost of power systems was presented. Generation dispatching ability and load interrupting ability was analyzed, and generation re-dispatching ability and load re-interrupting ability was expressed as a stochastic variable, which is an important component of security costs of power systems. A genetic algorithm was proposed to solve the optimal problem of security cost, which is set up basing on chance-constrained programming. The simulation results of IEEE30 system demonstrate the flexibility of the proposed approach.
