燃煤锅炉同时脱硫脱硝技术工艺性分析

【摘要】 分析电子束氨法和脉冲电晕氨法2种高能电子活化氧化同时脱硫脱硝技术,活性炭加氨吸附、NOXSO工艺和CuO法3种固相吸收/再生法同时脱硫脱硝技术:SNON工艺和SNRB工艺气/固催化同时脱硫脱硝技术以及湿法同时脱硫脱硝技术的基本原理、工艺过程,并结合各种工艺的应用实例,分析各种同时脱硫脱硝技术的工艺特性和优缺点,并介绍各种技术的工业应用情况和最新研究进展。与单独使用脱硫脱硝工艺相比,同时脱硫脱硝技术具有工艺简单、占地面积小、相对投资少和生产成本低等优点,随着对SO2和NOx排放要求的日益严格,脱硫脱硝一体化技术有非常广阔的市场发展前景。

【Abstract】 Several simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification technologies were introduced and analyzed. It includes two high-energy electronic activation and oxidization such as the electron beam with ammonia and pulsed corona with ammonia, and three solid phase absorbent/regenerate techniques such as activated carbon adsorption with ammonia, NOXSO technique and CuO method. The basic principles and process flow of SNOX, SNRB craft gas/solid catalyst and wet simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification technologies were discussed. Based on specific industrial application and update development, the process characteristics, advantages and disadvantages were analyzed in detail. Compared with the single desulfurization or denitrification technology, the above mentioned simultaneous technologies is of simpler process, limited coverage, less investment and production cost. With the increasingly strict requirements for SO2 and NOx emission, the integrated desulfurization and denitrification technology takes on prospective development in the future.
