300MW循环流化床锅炉床温控制系统
Bed temperature control of 300 MW CFB boiler
【摘要】 床温自动控制是循环流化床(CFB)锅炉稳定、经济运行的关键。白马示范电站从法国ALSTOM公司引进的国内首台300 MWCFB锅炉机组,其床温利用外置床灰控阀进行控制。在机组试运行期间,根据现场实际,对床温测点的布置进行了优化,调整了中、下层床温测点的位置,修改了原设计控制方案中对PI调节器的不合理限制逻辑,调整了PI调节器的参数,延长了灰控阀的振荡周期。实践证明,投入床温自动控制后,床温波动幅度能控制在50℃内,为协调控制系统的投入打下了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 Automatic control of the bed temperature is key to the stable and economic operation of large CFB boilers.The first 300 MW CFB boiler in Sichuan Baima Demonstration Power Plant introduced from ALSTOM,France,adopts the cone valve of external bed for bed temperature control.During the trial running of unit,based on the conditions on site,the measuring point arrangement for bed temperature was optimized,including changing the locations of middle and lower measuring points,modifying the unreasonable limited logic of PI controller,adjusting the parameters of PI controller,prolonging the oscillating period of cone valve.The application shows that the fluctuation range of bed temperature can be controlled within 50 ℃ in the light of automatic control for bed temperature,providing a good foundation for the putting into operation of CCS.
