基于节点重要度评价的骨架网络重构
Node Importance Assessment Based Skeleton-network Reconfiguration
【摘要】 电力系统全停电后的黑启动恢复问题是电力系统安全防御的重要课题,合理的网络重构策略对于快速建立输电网架、全面恢复负荷具有重要意义。该文提出了一种基于节点重要度评价的骨架网络重构策略,该策略采用节点收缩后的网络凝聚度定量评价网络中电源和负荷的重要性。在此基础上,以结合网络结构和运行质量的综合评价指标——网络重构效率来全面、客观地衡量重构效果。进一步采用离散粒子群优化算法实现的骨架网络重构,能够有效地减轻重构负担。应用实例证明,该策略给出的重构方案能够有效应对系统恢复过程中的不确定性,保证系统大停电后的顺利恢复。
【Abstract】 Black start is important to power system safety. As an integrant part of black start, reasonable network reconfiguration is helpful to establish the main network and restore loads quickly. Based on assessment of node importance, a skeleton-network reconfiguration strategy is proposed. Firstly, ranks of sources and loads could be scaled quantitatively according to network cohesion degree. Secondly, network reconfiguration efficiency is constructed to evaluate the reconfiguration effect including network structure and operation performance. Furthermore, discrete version of particle swarm optimization is employed in forming skeleton networks. Application examples verify that the strategy could relieve the reconfiguration burden greatly and schemes achieved are effective under the uncertain system situations.
