永磁式双凸极电机新型调速系统
Study on New Speed Control System for Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Motor
【摘要】 在用有限元法对6/4极永磁式双凸极电机内电磁场计算分析的基础上,详细分析了转矩脉动的形成机理。针对目前转速电流双闭环控制方式,提出了转矩内环的新型调速控制方式,设计了转矩观测器,构造了永磁式双凸极电机新型调速系统。该控制方式可减少因自感和磁链非线性畸变产生的换相转矩脉动和稳态转矩脉动,并将其与电流控制方式进行了比较,验证了新型调速系统的正确性。和传统电流控制方式相比,新型转矩内环控制方式在低速时转矩脉动较小,转速比较平稳。
【Abstract】 On the base of applying finite element analysis method to 6/4 pole prototype doubly salient permanent magnet(DSPM) motor,the cause of torque ripple is analyzed.Aimed at control system of speed and current circles currently,a novel control system of speed and torque circles is proposed in order to reduce phase-change torque ripple and steady torque ripple for nonlinear variation of phase induction and flux linkage.Observation model of torque is structured.The validity of the new speed control system is verified by simulation and test.The low speed contrast between current control and torque control through test indicates that torque control can reduce torque ripple greatly and speed is stable.
