【摘要】 目的探讨标准与序贯CSE两种麻醉方式对孕妇分娩镇痛的效果比较。方法选择来我院生产的孕妇共130人,分成对照组30人,标准与序贯CSE镇痛各50人,镇痛后监测HR、SpO2和BP,多普勒血流显像仪监测SV、CO及CI变化,并应用VAS评分对镇痛后的孕妇进行疼痛评分。结果两种镇痛方式在HR、SpO2、BP及镇痛效果上对孕妇影响差异无显著性(P>0.05),在SV及CO上序贯CSE对孕妇影响较小,和标准CSE组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论序贯CSE可以达到很好的分娩镇痛效果,同时对心功能的影响较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect comparision between standard and sequence CSE anesthesia methods for labor pain the pregnant women when delivering.METHODS 130 pregant women producted in our hospital recruited,30 in control group,50 in standard and sequence CSE anaetheaia,HR?SpO2 and BP were monitored,the change of SV?CO and CI were monitored by Doppler flow inaging display meter,score all the pregnant women after analgesia with VAS grade system.RESULTS Such two analgesis methods show no difference in HR?SpO2?BP and effect of analgesis(P>0.05),the influence of CO is little with sequence CSE than standard CSE,the deviation show significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Squence CSE can both attain excellent analyesias effect but also has less influcence on the heart function than standard CSE.更多还原
