【摘要】 目的旨在探索十堰市社区卫生服务绩效评价方法,并为相关部门提供决策参考。方法采用频数分布、率、构成比等描述性方法分析十堰市居民对社区卫生服务反应性各要素的评价,整体评价采用秩和比RSR法。结果反应性的8个要素中,社会支持和及时性做得最好;患者尊严方面,对其人格的维护做得很好,但是,在对隐私部位保护上,还有待加强;做得最差的是治疗自主性的提供治疗信息服务方面、选择性的患者对医生的选择方面、交流性的与患者讨论用药和治疗方式方面及保密性的对患者病情的保密方面。结论十堰市社区卫生服务暨全科医学职业教育和培训任重道远,亟待加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The article is to evaluate the responsiveness of the community health service in Shiyan city,and aim to explore in method of evaluation. METHODS A questionnaire was delivered to local residents in order to understand the responsiveness of local community health service,then with the method of Rank Sum Ratio,to test and describ the character of the responsiveness. RESULTS Some factors of the responsiveness of community health service in Shiyan city is short and need to be improved soon, the social support and prompt attention is good. CONCLUSION The education and training of professional in general practice should be more strengthed later.更多还原
