【摘要】 目的了解孕产期这一特殊生理时期妇女的心理需求,提高社区围产保健工作的水平。方法采用问卷调查方式,对100名在朝阳门医院保健科门诊进行计划免疫的0~18月龄儿童的母亲及家属进行调查,并利用SPSS10.0统计软件进行分析处理。结果孕产期有60.00%以上的妇女自觉发生过不良情绪。其中有54.94%是由于孕期及婴儿喂养知识缺乏所引起。在发生不良情绪时有64人寻求过帮助,其中46.92%的孕产妇知识来源于书籍、大众媒体及从医务人员处了解孕期及婴儿喂养的知识。有81人认为孕产期不良情绪会对胎儿及婴儿的生长发育造成影响,77.78%的人提出需要帮助。结论不良情绪的发生有一定的普遍性。大多数孕产妇有心理帮助的需求,要求社区围产保健人员不断提高专业知识,拓宽知识面,适应社会发展的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The survey aims to adequately understand the psychological needs of those women in pregnancy course so as to better the communal standard of perinatal preventive work. METHODS Employed in the survey is questionnaire and statistical software SPSS 10.0. RESULTS Our major findings are:in the course of pregnancy,over 60.00% women ever experienced unfavorable emotions consciously,54.94% of which results from a want of knowledge with regard to both pregnancy and infant feeding. When experiencing unfavorable emotions,there were 64 women seeking for help,and 46.92% of their knowledge is from books,mass media and medicinal workers,from whom they had got some idea about pregnancy and infant feeding. Altogether 81 women hold the viewpoint that such unfavorable emotions may negatively influence embryos and the growing-up of infants,and 77.78% of the women willingly ask for help.CONCLUSION The existence of unfavorable emotions is rather prevalent;most women need to be offered with psychological help.Therefore,the perinatal preventive workers in communities should continuously enrich their professional knowledge,widen their horizon and thus meet the needs of social development.更多还原
