【摘要】 目的为了解广东省惠州地区未婚流动人口生殖健康现状与需求,提高未婚流动人口的生殖健康水平,提高他们对服务的利用和可及性,为相关部门提供科学的决策依据。方法通过问卷调查和焦点组访谈,对惠州地区1333名未婚流动人口进行生殖健康情况问卷调查。结果未婚流动人口大部分来自农村,且文化程度低,经济收入水平低;普遍缺乏生殖保健服务,尤其是女性;工厂的生殖保健服务较其他行业好。结论同性别、不同行业获得的生殖保健服务程度存在差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To find out reproductive health situation and demand of the unmarried youth migrants in the region of Huizhou in Guangdong province and increase the reproductive health level of the unmarried migrants.To increase their utilization and popularity for reproductive health service and provide scientific decision basis for related department.METHODS Through questionnaire investigation and focal groud discuss,proceeding questionnaire investigation to the reproductive health of the 1 333 unmarried youth migrants in the region of Huizhou in Guangdong province,RESULTS Most of the unmarried youth migrants come from the village,and the culture degree is low,the economic income is little.It is widespread lack of the health care service,especially the female.The health care service of the factory is better than the other profession.CONCLUSION Refering to different profession and gender,their was significant difference of the health care service acquired.更多还原
