【摘要】 目的:探讨宫腔镜联合B超在诊断和治疗宫腔内残留妊娠物中的作用。方法:对2002年6月～2005年8月在该院经临床和/或B超怀疑宫内妊娠物残留患者,采用宫腔镜和B超联合检查并在其监视下取出残留妊娠物。结果:42例患者在B超及宫腔镜联合检查诊断与病理检查结果均为胎盘绒毛及其机化、坏死组织,其诊断符合率为100%,合并宫腔粘连6例。所有患者均在B超和宫腔镜监视下取出残留妊娠物。术后随访3～6个月,所有患者异常阴道流血均停止,34例月经恢复正常,5例闭经,3例月经量稀少,术后1月查尿HCG阴性,血HCG正常。结论:宫腔镜联合超声检查能准确、直观地对宫内妊娠残留物进行定位、定性,并能准确、完整地取出,可作为宫内妊娠物残留的首选诊治方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the diagnostic and curative efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound for the patients with intrauterine gestational residuum.Methods:Hysteroscopy combined B type ultrasound was performed in 42 cases of intrauterine gestational residuum between June 2002 to August 2005.Results:The diagnosis of hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound was consistent with pathological results in 42 cases,which were the placental villi and necrosis. The intrauterine gestational residuum was taken out completely under hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound surveillance in all cases. 3～6 months later,the abnormal vaginal bleeding in the all cases stopped.Conclusion:Hysteroscopy combined ultrasound could orient the position directly and confirm for intrauterine gestational residuum accurately,and take out them completely,which is of choice for diagnosis and treatment of the patients with intrauterine gestational residuum.更多还原
