【摘要】 目的探讨当前社区妇幼保健服务发展面临的主要问题,提出相应的建议。方法检索近8年国内外期刊公开发表的涉及社区妇幼保健的相关文献,对检索所得文献期刊的研究时间分布、期刊来源、研究类型、研究方法、研究者的情况和研究的问题进行逐个分析。结果社区妇幼保健机制不健全、经费补偿不足、医务人员素质不高、服务项目不能满足需求是当前社区妇幼保健服务中存在的主要问题。结论进一步健全社区妇幼保健网络,提高服务质量,提高专业人员技术水平,可提升妇幼保健水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To describe the present situation and main questions of maternal and child health service in China to provide the corresponding suggestion..Methods:To read and comment the obtained documents published since 1997 extensively, to summarize the time distribution, periodical source, research type, research method and researcher and content of each question.Results:Unsound maternity and child healthcare mechanism in community, deficient fund compensation, low-level skill of staff and inadequate health contents were the main problems in the present situation of maternal and child health care in community.Conclusion:The health service network should be strengthened to improve the community health service quality effectively, increase the staff’s professional level and raise the maternal and child health care level.更多还原
