【摘要】 目的:了解江门市女性吸毒人群中性传播疾病流行情况。方法:对67例女性吸毒者的性传播疾病流行情况进行调查。结果:共检出性病37例,其中非淋菌性尿道炎(或宫颈炎)30例,HIV感染者3例,梅毒2例,尖锐湿疣1例,生殖器疱疹1例。女性吸毒者中检出率为55.2%(37/67),高于男性吸毒者中的44.2%(57/129),但两者相比差异无显著性。结论:女性吸毒者中性病感染情况严重,是性病传播的高危人群,应引起足够重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the situation of STD among female drug users in Jiangmen.Methods:67 female drug users were involved in the investigation.Laboratory tests on STD were performed.Results:Among 67 female drug users,37 were confirmed to have STDS(Nongonococcal urethritis/cervicitis were 30 cases,HIV infection were 3 cases,syphilis were 2 cases,condyloma acuminatum was 1 case,genital herpes was 1case).The infection rate of female(55.2%)was higher than that of male(44.2%),but there was no statisticac significance between them.Conclusion:The STDS infection rate among female drug users is high,they are at high risk for STDS spreading,and we should pay fully attention to this population.更多还原
