【摘要】 目的:观察B超监视妇科手术仪放置宫内节育器的临床效果。方法:采用在超声监视妇产科手术仪引导下放置宫内节育器239例(试验组),与传统方法下放置宫内节育器307例(对照组)进行对比,术后1、3、6、12月定期妇科及B超随访;记录受试对象病史、术时和术后情况;用SPSS10.0软件包进行数据处理,以生命表方法统计结果并行显著性检验。结果:①两组IUD带器妊娠、疼痛和其他原因与放置IUD有关方面无统计学差异。②试验组的脱落率、出血和出血同时伴腹痛的明显低于对照组。统计学差异有显著性(P<0.05)。③试验组月经紊乱和腹痛低于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:B超监视妇科手术仪放置宫内节育器可以减少并发症和副反应,值得在计生门诊手术中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluated clinical efficacy of Inserting IUD by transvaginal ultrasonic scan.Methods:239 cases inserted IUD by transvaginal ultrasonic scan were taken as study group, and 307 cases inserted IUD by tradition technique as control group.All the participants were follow visiting at 1, 3, 6 months after insertion. Status of medical history,at insertion and after-insertion were recorded and analyzed with frequency and compared the two groups with χ2.Results:①The rates of pregnant,pain reaction and to utilized IUD the two groups were not different.②The dropping rates of device(expulsion),the bleeding and pain reaction of study group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).③The catamenia foul-up and the pain reaction of study group was less than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inserting IUD by transvaginal ultrasonic scan has good clinical effect,can less side effect and syndrome.更多还原
