【摘要】 目的:探讨抗凋亡基因Survivin在卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理参数和血管生成的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测22例恶性卵巢肿瘤、10例交界性卵巢肿瘤和10例良性卵巢肿瘤组织中Survivin的表达和微血管密度(Mi-crovessel Density,MVD)计数情况。结果:恶性卵巢肿瘤Survivin的表达率高于良性卵巢肿瘤Survivin表达率,两者相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01);交界性卵巢肿瘤中Survivin的表达率亦低于恶性中的表达,但二者相比差异无显著性(P=0.407)。Sur-vivin在恶性卵巢肿瘤中的表达与肿瘤的临床分期、组织来源以及是否有淋巴结转移无明显相关性。Survivin阴性表达组MVD的平均值低于Survivin阳性表达组MVD的平均值,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin在恶性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达明显高于其在良性和交界性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达,并且Survivin与卵巢肿瘤的血管生成具有明显的相关性,提示它对于肿瘤的形成和发展有着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression of survivin in ovarian tumor and the relationship between survivin and clinicopathologic features and angiogenesis in ovarian tumor..Methods:The expression of survivin and microvessel density (MVD) in 22 malignant ovarian tumors, 10 borderline ovarian tumors and 10 benign ovarian tumors were determined by streptavidin-biotin peroxidase (SP) method.Results:Expression of survivin in malignant ovarian tumor was greater than its expression in benign ovarian tumor (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in malignant and borderline ovarian tumor (P=0.047). There was no relationship between the expression of survivin and the clinical stage, pathologic type and lymph node transition. MVD of survivin-positive cases was greater than that of survivin-negative cases, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Expression of survivin in malignant ovarian tumor is more than that in benign and borderline ovarian tumor, and it was associated with ovarian tumor angiogenesis, so survivin may be of great importance in the onset and progression of ovarian tumor and it could be a new target of diagnosis and therapeutic target in ovarian tumor.更多还原
