【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between the concentration of blood cadmium and the level of TH1,TH2 cytokines in the peripheral blood of the children.Methods:The blood cadmium levels in venous blood specimens of 3 652 children were measured by performing atomic absorption spectromentry method.Flow cytometry was employed to obtain the level of TH1(IFN-γ+),TH2(IL4) in the peripheral children blood.Results:The levels IFN-γ and IL-4 between testing groups,whose blood cadmium levels were abnormal and the normal controls were significantly differently(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concentration of the blood cadmium intends to decrease the level of TH1,TH2 in the children peripheral blood.更多还原
