【摘要】 目的:了解妊娠期梅毒的流行情况及综合干预效果。方法:对28472例首诊孕产妇梅毒筛查确诊情况及对其阳性者综合干预疗效进行回顾性分析。①诊断标准:结合梅毒初筛试验(TRUST)、确诊试验(TPPA)及临床症状以确诊。②梅毒分期标准:按“卫生部性病专家咨询委员会”制定的梅毒诊断标准。③综合干预治疗方法:按“卫生部性病专家咨询委员会推荐的梅毒治疗方案”进行治疗。结果:①深圳宝安地区妊娠合并梅毒发生率为0.67%。②妊娠合并梅毒孕产妇接受综合干预后发病率呈逐年下降趋势。③孕产妇接受综合干预治疗后降低了围产儿的死亡率。结论:孕产妇梅毒筛查应扩大至全国,并制定统一有效的综合干预方案及法规。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:28 472 pregnant and postpartum women were checked to make a diagnosis of syphilis in the tests retrospectively.The positive received the analysis of multiple treatment.Methods:The diagnosis was made based on TRUST,TPPA and the clinical symptoms.The women were treated according to the project recommended by venereal disease expert consultation committee of the health department.And the different phases of syphilis also were classified with the standard set down by the committee.Results:The incidence rate of syphilis in Bao’an was 0.67%,which was higher than that in internal and external report.It would drop the incidence and the perinatal mortality by years that gave the pregnant and postpartum women combined syphilis the multiple treatment.Conclusion:The screen of syphilis should be carried out through the whole country.It is important to establish the effective and uniform rule and improve the quality and culture level of the nation rapidly and generally.更多还原
