【摘要】 目的:检测妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆中纤维连接蛋白(FN)、血小板(PLT)、凝血指标-凝血酶原时间(PT)及部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平的变化,以探求FN在妊娠期高血压疾病发病及发展过程中的作用。方法:测定70例妊娠期高血压疾病患者、正常非妊娠妇女25例及正常孕晚期妇女39例血浆中FN、PLT、PT及APTT值,并进行统计分析。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病患者FN较正常孕晚期妇女显著升高(P<0.05),并且重度子痫前期及子痫均较轻度子痫前期显著增高(P<0.05),但重度子痫前期与子痫比较FN值无明显改变(P>0.05);妊娠期高血压疾病组PLT较正常非孕组及正常孕晚期组显著降低(P<0.01),重度子痫前期与子痫组无明显差异(P>0.05),但两者PLT较轻度子痫前期皆显著降低(P<0.05);妊娠期高血压疾病组PT较正常非孕组及正常孕晚期组显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),但轻度子痫前期、重度子痫前期、子痫之间无显著差异(P>0.05);各组APTT值变化不明显。结论:FN参与了妊娠期高血压疾病患者凝血功能的变化,在妊娠期高血压疾病的诊断及监测病情发展中具有重要的意义,可作为血管内皮损伤的检测指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of plasma fibronectin(FN),platelet(PLT) and the coagulation function of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy.Methods:FN、PLT、the prothrombin time(PT) and activated partial prothrombin time(APTT) were examined in 39 normal late-pregnancy women、25 non-pregnancy women and 70 patients with hypertensive disorders.Results:In patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy,the levels of FN were obviously higher than normal late-pregnancy women and non-pregnancy women(P<0.05);Further more,changes of FN became more apparent with the progression of the disease.There were no obvious changes between severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia(P>0.05);PLT、and PT were obviously lower compared with normal late-pregnancy women and non-pregnancy women; However,APTT levels were not statistically changed.Conclusion:FN has a relationship with changes of coagulation function in hypertensive disorders complicating pregnanc.The clinical detection of plasma FN values appears to be useful in diagnosis and progression of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy;FN can be one of marks to examine vascular endothelial call dysfunction.更多还原
