【摘要】 高校学生信访问题不容忽视,关系到学校的稳定与和谐。高校法律地位的模糊性与我国教育管理制度的合理性缺失是造成学生选择信访的原因,应该将高校的法律地位界定为行使公共行政管理职权的公法人,在高校教育管理制度中引入正当程序理论,把高校管理行为纳入司法视野,实现高校与学生权利义务的平衡,从而构建和谐有序的高校校园。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of letter petition from university students relates to the stability and harmony of university and can not be ignored.The reason of letters from university students lies to the faintness of legal status of university and lack of rationality of education management system.We should define the legal status of university as public artificial person who exerts the authority of public administrative management.And we should also introduce justice procedure theory in university management education system.University management should be brought into the field of judicature in order to balance the rights and obligations of university students and construct harmonious campus.更多还原
