【摘要】 目的通过总结15例颅颈交界区肿瘤的手术方法,探讨该部位肿瘤的更适当的治疗方案。方法15例患者中有6例行枕下中线入路切除肿瘤,9例行远外侧入路。结果15例肿瘤均全切,无手术死亡病例,术后随访6~24个月,所有病例均有不同程度的症状改善,复查头颈部MRI,未见肿瘤复发。结论选择合适的手术方法,可改善颅颈交界区肿瘤的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the appropriate therapy for the resection of tumors in craniocervical junction via summarizing surgical operation methods of 15 tumor cases.Method 6 of the 15 cases adopted the suboccipital midline approach to resecting tumors and the other 9 used the far-lateral approach.Result Tumors of the 15 cases were completely resected without death.During the follow-up survey period(6 to 24 months after the operation),the symptom of all the cases was improved in various degrees,no tumor recurrence when reexamined the MRI of the head and neck.Conclusion The treatment effect of the tumors in craniocervical junction can be improved by appropriate surgical operation method.更多还原
