柔性交流输电系统控制器的多目标协调设计
Multi-objective coordinated design for flexible alternative current transmission system controller
【摘要】 为提高远距离输电系统的线路传输能力和暂态稳定性,采用可控串联补偿器(TCSC)和静态无功补偿器(SVC)2种柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)元件联合运行来同时保证线路功率传输和多机间功角稳定.为实现TCSC和SVC之间的协调控制,应用多目标进化规划(MOEP)建立了多目标优化模型,同时优化2个控制器的参数.对一个典型四机两区域系统进行三相故障仿真,并与分别设计的FACTS控制器进行比较,结果表明,基于此方法设计的控制器明显提高了系统的暂态稳定性.
【Abstract】 The coordinated operation of thyristor controlled series compensator(TCSC) and static var compensator(SVC) was investigated to maintain the power transmission and improve the angle stability simultaneously in a long transmission system.By transforming the coordinated control problem of TCSC and SVC to a multi-objective problem,multi-objective evolutionary programming(MOEP) was used to design the parameters of the two flexible alternative current transmission system(FACTS) controllers.The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme was demonstrated with a two-area and four-machine power system.In comparison with the separate designs of the two controllers,significant improvements in the dynamic performance of the system were achieved.
