【摘要】 目的观察早期康复护理对脑卒中患者功能预后及生活质量的影响。方法将146例急性脑卒中患者随机分为康复护理组76例与对照组70例,康复护理组进行肢体、语言、心理的康复护理,对照组只接受一次性康复指导。采用改良巴氏指数在治疗前后进行康复评定。结果治疗前两组MBI无显著差异(P>0.05),出院时两组均较入选时明显改善(P<0.01),早期康复护理组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理的早期介入,极大程度地提高了患者的生活能力和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect on the living ability of acute stroke patients with early rehabilitation.Methods 146 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Early rehabilitation group consisted of 76 patients and were nursed with rehabilitation method.Control group had 70 patients who were instructed to rehabilitate only once.The two groups were assessed by the modified Barthel index(MBI).Results The scores of the MBI demonstrated: there were no difference between two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),improved significantly(P < 0.01)between pretraining and posttraining in the two groups,but the degree of improvement in the early rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Early rehabilitation could facilitate the recovery of living ability.更多还原
