中药冷饭团对四氯化碳致大鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用观察

【摘要】 目的观察中药冷饭团对大鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用CCl4诱导大鼠慢性肝损伤模型,以联苯双酯作对照,检测各组大鼠肝功能、血清及肝组织MDA含量和SOD活性。结果中药冷饭团能显著降低实验性肝损伤大鼠ALT和AST活性,降低肝组织MDA含量,提高肝组织及血清SOD水平。结论中药冷饭团护肝降酶作用的机制可能与其抗脂质过氧化作用有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of kadsurae coccinea protective liver function on rats models of experimental hepatic injury. Methods With rats models of chronic hepatic injury induced by CCl4,compared with bifenclafe,rats liver function,the amount of serum MDA and liver tissue MDA,and the activation of SOD are examined respectively.Results Kadsurae coccinea can significantly lower the activation of serum ALT and AST in experimental hepatic injury rats and the content of MDA in liver tissues and improve SOD level in liver tissue and serum. Conclusion The mechanism of kadsurae coccinea’s liver protection and enzyme reduction is probably connected with its function of inhibitory effect of fat superoxidation.
